Stock tires in urban setting
Anyone ran a more urban-style tire on their bike? I'm unfortunate enough to be stuck riding on Kansas City's utterly horrible roads and was wondering if a urban-style/adventure tire might hold up better to the abuses my tires encounter daily.

Thats a good question. I sure dont know the answer though. You might get more solid answer asking the adventure touring guys though.
Some of those lug tires look really nice.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll have to look up some of those folks and see what their suggestions are. Might just pick up a decently priced set of urban tires that fit the bike and try them out too.
