Suggested Training Regimine for returning rider?
I am sure there is a link here somewhere for how to train your self to ride. I have taken the MSF course and even road for a while 15 years ago. But for all intensive purposes I am a novice, cherry or newbie. I went for an hour ride after work today and covered about 20 miles. I was mostly on back roads and did alot of stops and starts (or stops and stalls), mixing it up between 45 MPH and 10 MPH roads.
I am certainly more cautious than I used to be on a bike, but I would really like some advice on how to progress and get out there on the road. Do you have any suggestions or links? Thanks Ahead of time! |
