ColorRite Touch-Up & Refinish Paints - ColorRite
These are the recommended company to do paint touch-ups for Yamaha machines. They are recommended by Yamaha directly and officially. This is from the Canadian site, but I imagine the same applies for the US.

I have purchased the black aerosol for my 06 frame and it matched perfectly. Colorrite rocks but there prices dont. Almost $50 delivered to my door, shipped from Quebec... 2much eh?!?!

It is expensive but it's also better quality than what you'll find at most auto parts stores. Plus, it matches exactly.
