USN Chukka Boot?
Saw several threads about footwear, one even titled "Combat Boots???",
But what I've been wearing (and wondering about) are standard issue Navy "Boondockers", but the newer (97 and up) ones with soft above the ankle (maybe two fingers) coverage, not the old ones many may remember... Steel toe, pretty comfy, look fine with jeans and to walk in - just a little clunky with my noobish shifting... My personal opinion is just that as far as how they FEEL, anyone got .02 about safety? |

Re: USN Chukka Boot?
I got out in 95 so I only know the old ones. No ankle support.
