Re: fz6 stalling

hi and welcome!

what is your idle rpm? is it at factory recommended specifics? 1250-1400 rpm? when does it stall? by itself,,or when you try to take off or while clutching in when you are on the go?

Re: fz6 stalling

Try to release the clutch super super slow giving it no gas. It should start rolling on be on your way. If you do this enough, you can find the friction point and start giving it some gas. When you find that "sweet spot" You will be good to go.

Re: fz6 stalling

You might have to adjust your idling speed. Crank it up a little so the RPMs never go too low and stall the bike. There is a screw on the left side of the bike that you can get to with a screwdriver. I can't remember exactly where it is, I'm sure someone will chime in.

If your bike is older than 2005 TPS should not be a problem. adjust your idle speed once the engine is warm. It worked for me.
