Question about Frame Slider compatability.

Will the frame sliders for a generation 2 FZ1 fit/direct bolt on to my 2005 FZ6? If not can someone tell me the diameter, pitch, and length of the motor mount bolt that gets removed so I can get sliders custom machined.

Re: Question about Frame Slider compatability.

I'm confused, why don't you just buy sliders meant to work with the FZ6 specifically? This way there is no guessing...

Re: Question about Frame Slider compatability.

Sounds like she is having some custom sliders made.

But it also sounds like she is too lazy to take the bolt to a hardware store and find out the specs herself and has been for the past week.

Re: Question about Frame Slider compatability.

Actually when no one answered my question, I went out and measured myself. Just figured if someone had already done it....but whatever, thanks for the help.

And yes, I am getting custom sliders.
