I like it. Truthfully I didn't notice until I saw this thread. It's subtle and adds a little bit of contrast without taking the focus away from the threads at all.

It looks nicer than the other one but it scrolls funny. I don't know the technical term but scrolling is jumpy all of a sudden.

Maybe you could put more blue in the browser.... would make it run faster guaranteed

You right it is wierd in IE... Firefox is fine thou..... Hmmmm
