Carbon Can Co silencers - How do you fit a tail tidy?
My mate has a FZ6 - after fitting the above silencers, he has lost the mounting points for the number plate /indicator assembly.
He now wishes to fit a tail tidy but the we cannot see how to fit it securely. Anybody had this problem? All advice gratefully received as he is doing my head in with this! |

Re: Carbon Can Co silencers - How do you fit a tail tidy?
I'm not familiar with the brand, but how different can it be from most of the others?
![]() Did your mate remove the large "U" shaped bracket that fits horizontally under the mufflers, onto which mounts the various Fender Eliminators (Tail Tidies) that are available.? I had to remove my large original "U" bracket, but Scorpion supplied a replacement in the kit, which was required to clear the larger/longer Scorpion muffler cans:-
