Carbon Can Co silencers - How do you fit a tail tidy? - Yamaha FZ6 Forums - International FZ6 Motorcycle Community Forum

My mate has a FZ6 - after fitting the above silencers, he has lost the mounting points for the number plate /indicator assembly.
He now wishes to fit a tail tidy but the we cannot see how to fit it securely.
Anybody had this problem?

All advice gratefully received as he is doing my head in with this!

I'm not familiar with the brand, but how different can it be from most of the others?

Did your mate remove the large "U" shaped bracket that fits horizontally under the mufflers, onto which mounts the various Fender Eliminators (Tail Tidies) that are available.?
I had to remove my large original "U" bracket, but Scorpion supplied a replacement in the kit, which was required to clear the larger/longer Scorpion muffler cans:-
