FZ6 Fazer S2

Just need some info / feedback on the above if anyone can help as I'm thinking of buying one.... unless I'm advised otherwise. Are there any known faults with them or reasons not to go for this model? Should I be going for a new one.. or one a year or two old? Thanks!

Re: FZ6 Fazer S2

Only known issues are:

- Steering head bearings are poor will need testing and poss replacement after 12k.

- Rear shocks are a bit cheap

- Front shocks are not adjustable so its difficult to tune into the rear shock adjustment without getting a little too much compression on breaking

- Speedo is out exponentially

But other than that everything else about the bike is brilliant. Its poise and balance is perfect, the engine sings above 7k, its so nimble and agile and it can do pretty much everything. You cant go wrong with a fazer s2, its the best bike of its class.

Re: FZ6 Fazer S2

I've got one and love it. Agree about the shocks but if you really want/need that much of a better suspension you probably would buy an R6 instead.
