Trick FZ6!

Ok, i found this pic of a "RACING" FZ6, it's not an FZ6 cup bike...much higher spec wheels, carbon bits, brakes, etc.

Question's, has anyone seen the carbon swingarm brace before?, if so, where can i find one? and does anyone know which brand the Bellypan & Radiator cover are? if so, Where can i find these?

Re: Trick FZ6!

Why are they taking spine-frames onto the race track?? It's like trying to use a hatchet on a redwood...

At this point, NOW you can say...why not simply use an R6??

If you're going to buff an FZ6, do it like Wavex!! Make it for the differences!!

The BellyPan and Radiator Covers look like TCP Aerodynamics to me. http://www.tcpsa.com/

Re: Trick FZ6!

Elm, Was not really interested in the Race part, just like the look of the Bellypan, Radiator Cover's, and the Swingarm brace...cause they are different.

Thanks JSW, have been looking for the TCP site, but for some reason, when i search here in Oz, it does not come up. Thanks a bunch. Now i know why, there is no TCP importer / distributor in Australia!

Re: Trick FZ6!

yea, that's a NICE lookin' FZ.

hey wolfman, wanna share some of the wealth? lol you're getting all these new parts...I think I need YOUR job! I'm glad you have the opportunity! One day I will too!

I was told by a guy this weekend: "The FZ6 is a great budget bike. There are so many things you can do to it to make it better. You BUILD the bike and make it yours. It's perfect to make just what you want."

I couldn't agree more!

That's why i bought the FZ6....Highly modible, makes a good Wolf (no pun intended) in a sheep's clothing (i think you guys call bikes like that "sleepers"), am getting old (Bad back & hip), so riding a head down bum up sports bike nearly kills me every time, and for the first time in my life, i do have some spare cash, so i am making it "my" bike.

Best part about the FZ6 is that it has an awesome motor to work around!

Thanks for the support.

I sat on an 08 R6 the other day....convinced me straight away that i made the right choice of bike, might be nice if your 75kg's and 25 years old, but i am 110kg's, 40 years old, and have arthritis in my shoulders, hips, knees, wrists, and bone spurs in my neck.

But i still like to ride....LOTS!, and i can ride the FZ6 all day, and get home feeling just fine.

Go the FZ6!
