Can you see me now?

Hey Guys,

I just finished installing Priority Plus on my bike. It makes your rear signals running lights, brake lights and blinkers. When you apply the brakes the rear lights flase real quick for a couple seconds then get brighter. In my opinion this is the best mod I have done to date. I won't be missed, that's for sure. Took me about an hour to get wired up and working.

I bought it here. There is no need to replace any lights, it has a control box that does everythng electronically. It's pretty cool actually.

Pretty cool man... thanks for linking that. When I have a bit more cash on hand, I may do this project as well. I'm currently in the middle of converting to LED turns in the back, Watsen's in the front, and pod lights.

Re: Can you see me now?

That looks great. Especially your lights for your top case. However, aren't brakelights suppose to be red? Your turn signals are yellow, and are used as brakelights? Is this correct?

Re: Can you see me now?

You are correct! This is by no means legal, but alot of riders do it to get noticed. I know 6 riders that have done this mod(not the way I did), and none have ever received a ticket. It get me noticed, and that's what counts.

Although rear end collisions account for less than 10% for motorcycles accidents, I am a true believer of getting noticed. That's why I opted for the Hyper Lites which act as running lights and pulsating brake lights.

However......as not getting any tickets yet, you are leaving yourself vulnerable in receiving a ticket or at least providing a reason to get pulled over by a cop. Not all cops are cool and will nick pick everything and will just add this to their list of fines, especially if you're from out of state.
