Thumbs up CalSci large windscreen for sale

SOLD

I'm selling my large CalSci screen that's +9.5" larger than OEM, because I'm going Street Fighter. I'm letting it go for $85 compared to $160. Shipping will be additional depending on where you live. If your interested, we can discuss different payment options (cash, money order, check, PayPal, etc). Thanks for looking.

Scuffs are from the fairing when I had it mounted on my FZ.

I'm 5' 8" and I ablsolutely loved it. I rode anywhere from 28 - 100+ degree fahrenheit temps and it made a WORLD of difference. I dipped down just a little and the wind was cut nearly 75%. It definitely helped out on those really cold mornings and when passing big trucks.

How easy is it to mount and unmount? I might take it off for commuting (3 miles each way), but put it on for my 50+miles road trips and weekends.

Re: CalSci large windscreen for sale

Take off and use the same six screws that hold the OEM screen. That's it.

Re: CalSci large windscreen for sale

I knew there was a problem...this windscreen won't fit on my 2006...I looked for the bolts you mentioned and then realized the pic of the screen on your bike doesn't match how mine is attached. Dang...a good buy gone bad

Re: CalSci large windscreen for sale

CalSci only fits 2007+ models. They say on their site that they tried to do one for 2006- and it didn't work. I have a +9.5" also, and it is so much more comfortable to ride. I'm 6'1" and it's like 30mph wind on you at 80mph. The thing I most wanted it for was to cut down on turbulence that was always buffeting me around. I rarely get that now - the ride is much more smooth.

Re: CalSci large windscreen for sale

I may be interested. I sent this link home so I can check out the pics tonight (work blocks everything...) I've made up my mind that I will be buying the CalSci +9.5 before it gets too cold. You have the screws too?
