what kind?
What kind of tires did your bike come with and how long did they last? Mine come with dunlops and only got about 4500 out of them and they where bald in the middle.

020's w/4100 mi. on 'em when I got it & only up to 5300 now w/plenty of tread left.

Thats about right for the dunlops.
Bridgestones are lasting 7-9000 some a little higher.

My '07 came with Bridgestones. I just replaced the front at 10,700 miles, put a Michelin Pilot Road on. The rear picked up a nail at 3,000 miles and I replaced it with Michelin Pilot Road, which now has 7,000 miles and more than 1/2 of the tread still remaining.

i have the 020's and i have 9500 on them, just touched the wear bars last week and ordered some new skins. I will get a bit over 10,000 on them when i get to change them out.
