Aussie bike racing & enthusiast thread!
Hi Guys, well with the OZ Moto GP chamionships coming up this weekend, i thought it was a good time to set up a thread devoted to Australian Motorbike Racing, Australian Motorbike Racers, and websites that provide general info for motorbike riders in Australia.
This can be a thread to post results, comment on what's been happening, and which Aussie's have been doing the do, on the local, national, and international stage! What's going on re motorbikes in Oz, like the front number plate issues, etc. I will get the ball rolling with a few links to various International Championships, that Australian riders are involved in, and where possible, straight to the results pages on the respective sites. Plus i will also list a whole bunch of state, and national organisations with racing info, plus general info for Motorbike Riders in Oz. Troy Bayliss & Andrew Pitt do the Aussie Double...
Bayliss Wins 2008 World Superbike Championship on his Ducati Andrew Pitt wins the 2008 World Supersport Championship on the Honda Unfortuneatly, Brendon Roberts did not have the best weekend in the Worls Superstock 1000's, he came 20th, and droped to fourth in the championship standings. :: SBK - Official Web Site :: And Casey Stoner won the Australian Moto GP on Sunday as well MotoGP top three review Australian Grand Prix | The Official MotoGP Website ...good weekend for nearly all Aussie's in International Road Racing.
