Yeah, when I hired on with my current employer a few years ago, the education reimbursement plan was one of the perks to why I decided to hire with them. They don't cover everything, but it's more than enough.

As for the school, I chose the University of Phoenix's online degree program. I used to be a college instructor a few years back, and I taught both day and evening classes. The evening classes generally contained working adults. After seeing them drag in after a long day's work, I figured that I really didn't want to have to deal with going to classes in the evening after I finished at my job. The online classes pretty much allowed me to do my studies at almost any time that I chose. It seemed to work out ok.

Thanks everyone for your kind words and encouragement. Even though I'm moving on to the Master's program soon, I am seeing the light at the end of the very long tunnel. Once everything is said and done, I'm sure that I'll be able to put my education to good use.
