So AOL has hijacked my mozilla Firefox. It keeps replacing itself as my homepage. Whenever i close the browser and then reopen it. BAM theres AOL which I dont even like in the first place right in my face. So is anyone familiar on how to remove this?. Thanks in advance

I'm not an expert but you should be able to go to: Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and select AOL Browser and Remove it. I took Explorer off my Computer that way.

First look under Add-ons in Firefox. It you see the AOL crap there select and remove it. then restart Firefox. If that fixes it navigate to your old home page and select preferences from the menu and hit make current page home page. I use a Mac so some steps may differ. Get a Mac!! I fought Windows since day one and bought a Mac 1 year ago and wished I would have done it 10 years ago!!!

If you have vista there is a small down arrow next to your home icon when the browser is open. Just click the arrow and change the homepage to what you want.

AOL is the devil. (seriously the actual real live devil)

It is not an add-on from mozilla, I do not have AOL installed in my computer, I have checked multiple times and everytime I change it, it just changes back to aol.
