I am not feeling as young as I once was despite losing a stone (14lb) in weight this month. I saw an article in a national paper that made me giggle so I will kick it off.

You know your getting old when " You order a three minute egg and they ask for the cash up front".

lose another stone. trust me, i lost 4 a while back, felt like a new man...gained it back this year...feel like crap again. i'm ready to start starving myself again once this annoying pest i have gets out of my life forever.

I've had the norovirus for the past 4 days and I've almost lost a stone (14 lbs) as well. I wouldn't recommend it though. I still can't eat anything.
