New Years Day Ride

So I went for a quick ride before the snow comes later in the week. I have a sort of set route I go on which is a mixture of fast roads and town riding, it takes about an hour. Getting used to the bike now but am still not fully confident in the fast bends. Around town it is a hoot, very stable at slow speeds and quick to overtake.
When I got home I decided to sweep the garage out before I put the bike and car away. So I am working away when this old guy with a cane strolls by. He stops and walks back to look at the bike. He spent a couple of seconds looking it over then looked up to see me and said that it was a nice bike, a very nice bike. I thanked him and he went on his way.
I gave it a good clean after that before I put it away.

Re; New Years Day RideI don't think taking control of any motor vehicle is a good idea for me on any new years day.
