Biker's assembly / driving in groups
I have no idea what is the right word for a get-together. But I think you get the meaning.
Last sunday I hooked up with a few members of our local web community and we went for a drive together. There were about 12-15 bikes. I had never driven in a bigger group before that, so it was a good experience. Well today I went for another get-together. It was a bit different event though. It was a national (so called) "Smiling Biker's Spring Event". We drove in a huge parade. The meeting point was a race track and we drove about 20 miles to a town nearby. The parade was divided into four groups. All in all there were about 1700 bikes! (one hell of a group-drive, I'll say) Here are some photos I took from the race track:
