My new commute strategy
I finally figured out the traffic light pattern for my commute and how to make it through three lights without needing to stop. No, no, no, I'm not running them...As I turn from one highway to another (most highway intersections in Austin DO NOT have ramps, we are too cheap I guess) I've found that if I nail it to redline in 3rd gear about 102mph, it puts me into the flow of the lights. All I need to do is hit it in that one spot and cruise at 65 mph I go right through them, no problems. I this saves me about 10 minutes in going the last 4 miles.

Re: My new commute strategy
Think of the traffic lights as a waveform and you've just found a complimentary frequency.
If 65mph works, then you can also have a complimentary frequency at 130mph. Just a thought. Fred
