Can I still take a passenger when I am using saddlebags?

Re: Saddlebag

I have Nelson Rigg saddle bags. When I have them on, I can't fit a passenger. The bags cover the passenger foot pegs.

If I have to take a passenger, is the Givi rear box my only option?

Thanks.

Re: Saddlebag

On a recent trip I took with my wife, we ended up needing some more storage room thanks to a good sale on gear. :-) There were two sets of saddle bags, but sadly the set I wanted were only in stock in blue and red. Since I have a silver and black FZ6 I couldn't buy those, so I bought the next size up. They fit okay, but push on the rear turn signals more than I would like. I think that this will be fixed when I install a FE kit. My wife and I have ridden several times 2up with them since and she has no problems with them.

Here is the smaller set.

Here is the larger set that I did buy.
