i had it up to 144on my 06, it would go more if i went into red line, and had some bigger marbles, but there growing!

Ok, Im not on an FZ, but had my CBR to 168mph indicated. My buddy on a GSXR1000 past me at 183mph indicated on his. Yeah I know...

240kmph or 150mph wind assisted.....I just had to know

....Only one directional road with no intersections and well fenced with emergency lanes both sides and no traffic.....yeah I know

It was really scarey/fun though

had mine to 144mph... I knew a guy that said his FZ6 hit 168mph and that is all it would go... I'll stick to 144mph for now.

Posted limit was between 60-65MPH, but I was really wanted to get home ASAP. Was doing a minimum of 90 for the majority of the trip, but speedo read a max of 142MPH as I started getting closer to my house.

Not one of my better decisions: riding home(in scrubs) @2AM after clocking 21hrs. at work. Half asleep, poor visibility & other vehicles on the rode...

I had mine at 111MPH on an empty part of the freeway. The L.A. traffic did not allow me to go faster much further, and so I had to slow down.

I am sorry but I have all of you beat. I went for a ride a couple of weeks ago with Hollywood. We ended up on hwy 26 and I believe the fastest I seen my speedo was 80 mph. Which is the fastest I have been before. The only bad thing was and remember I'm a noob but Hollywood was going straight as a bullet the whole time. Me? I was in back and was being blown by the wind like I had a damn sail stuck to the bike. A couple of times the wind even blew me into the other lane. Yes I am learning

What the hell does indicated mean when you are refering to your top speed.

If you don't have a speedo healer on your bike, the speedo is off by quite a bit. I had my old CBR up to 135 indicated, but I bet it was actually about 118. That speedo was off a lot.
