Ride to Work Day
I got an e-mail today from this website. I guess next Wednesday, 16th of July is going to be the day to get all the bikes and scooters out on the road for awareness. Doesn't really effect me, as my Fizzer is my only ride so I'll be on my bike no matter what.

Re: Ride to Work Day
I ride to work every day, regardless of weather, for most of the year.

Re: Ride to Work Day
Same here I have my truck but at cost of $16/DAY to drive the truck and $16/3.5 days I ride the bike 90% of the time anyway.

Re: Ride to Work Day
I normally only ride as far as the station as the train is free, but I think it will be a good excuse to ride in on Wed

Re: Ride to Work Day
The whole of Ireland is doing that too...must be an international day for bikers then!!
I ride my bike every day anyways so it doesn't make much of a difference...only thing i'll be worrying about is other bikers that dont have as much on the road experience as myself getting into all sorts of situations...

Re: Ride to Work Day
The office building I work in offers free parking on the concrete all along the front of the building for motorcycles and scooters on that day! I don't usually ride into work, but I will be riding on Wednesday!
