'nuff said!

But even so, I wonder if any of these parts will bolt onto the '07/'08 models. i looked into the specs and very little is different. also if we can retrofit that seat I'll be in heaven.

I think the Fz6R looks sweet.

Did anybody check out the 09 FZ6's new seat? it looks like a Corbin.

What the hell!! Why not just buy an R6S?? The reason I like the fz6 its its lack of plastic body work. I like the naked look. I do want the ram air though!!

I agree, I don't really like it, especially the exhaust. The FZ6 underseat exhaust gives the bike it's awesome looks.

That looks like the Yamaha Comfort Gel seat. When I bought my '07 (got one of the first ones to reach the states - VIN # ...000056) the brochure showed this seat on the bike, but when the bike arrived it had the standard perf-look vinyl seat.

I agree with the other comments on this and the other thread: this model is targeting the new rider. It has a 1" lower seat, smaller rear tire, smaller gas tank, more front-end rake, and less of the technology that makes our FZ6 so great.
