Ugliest bike contest.
Here's my pick for ugly bike.
1969 MZ ES 250/2 Trophy That headlight and front fender are hideous! What's yours? Oh, and what do you win if you show the ugliest bike of all time? FREE AIR FOR LIFE!!!

I'll see your MZ with a Television Set on the front, and raise you a Jacwal Superwedge fairing.
This fairing makes anything fugly.   For bonus points, I have one in my shed right now.
