Rear turning signals

Does anyone know what to do so that the rear turning signals stay on like the front turning signals do?

I feel that if they were on like the front, I would have a better shot at being seen.

I have a 2007 model.

i think you can do it with a couple of relays wired up to reverse the polarity. So they are alway on and blink off instead of being always off and blinking on.

I could be 100% wrong..but I recall hearing something about rear amber lights NEED to be a certain distance apart, as far as "running" lights.
