Changing Fork Oil
OK, so it's been bugging me. It's not in our manual, but while I was at the track I talked to the vendors. One of the biggies was Dave from Catalyst Reaction suspension. He's supposedly a near-God to suspension tuning.
Anyways, he said the fork oil should be changed out every 3000 miles!! Anybody else know anything on the topic? I wanna change weights anyways, and this would be the perfect excuse Feel The Track! Catalyst Reaction Suspension Tuning |

Re: Changing Fork Oil
eh, he said for racing that he changes his fork oil about 300 miles (on his Triumph Daytona which is a sick bike!!)...*I'm 99% sure I'm remembering these numbers correctly!

Re: Changing Fork Oil
He must be getting some shat oil. Ive only changed mine when I put in the Racetechs. (which are amazing).
Im guessing maybe every 12k miles. That might be a bit soon if you dont do a ton of hard breaking/cornering.
