Ok i feel like a newbe

About 1-2 Weeks ago i had an oil change done and put in MOBIL 1 synthetic and i am having a problem with that good old CLUNKING from 1-2 and even when i try to shift down it's like i have to force it in gear. I do the whole clutch feathering and now i am FRUSTRATED. HHHHHHHHHEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP!

Re: Ok i feel like a newbe

The type of oil you put in your bike can vary in terms of how smooth your bike will shift. I put in Mobil 1 in my bike once, an it didn't run as smooth as the Castro Bike Oil I use. So I guess each bike will be different on how it reacts to different types and brand of oil, but mine definatley didn't like the Mobil 1 synthetic.

Re: Ok i feel like a newbe

My experience with Mobil 1 was the same. I went back to my ole standby - Rotella T Sythetic 5W40.
