Hello everyone,

I just bought a 2004 FZ6 and it is my first motorcycle. I've been lurking a little bit this past week, but it was for a good reason, I took the FE exam last Saturday.

I've already found some great information about oil changes, helmet locks, and type of gear to get. Its finally getting nice here in Ames, IA to be out riding. Won't have too much time to ride around here though as I will be graduating in May and then moving to New Mexico for my career.

Looking forward to be out riding and learning from the great people on this site!

It is most definitely blue.

I will be moving to Farmington in the beginning of June, but will spend a little bit of time in Denver in Aug. for some training.

No pictures yet b/c girlfriend has my camera, but am hoping to have pictures up by the weekend.
