Mexican Fazer

YAMAHA MOTOR DE MÉXICO SA de CV

Not bad if you ask me...a lot more tech in there than a Ninja 250. Roughly MSRP at 4700 in US dollars.

Re: Mexican Fazer

looks good but with 20 bhp it wont stand a chance next to a ninja 250....its almost half the hp of what ninja has...twin cam twin cylinder 8 valves 250 cc versus single cyclinder 4 valve 250 cc.....

i wouldnt think of buying it instead of a zzr250 with the same price

Re: Mexican Fazer

I was afraid to look at this thread, I was thinking Cheech and Chong!

$4,700 is a metric butt load of money for a 250, the baby Ninja spanks it. It does look like a very nice starter bike however.

Re: Mexican Fazer

I didn't have time to compare specs to a Ninja...I thought the power would be equivalent, or for that price, better. I just liked the naked option with a 250.
