That's no good, as that would be the end of the ride. There is that small town called Doble on the NE side of Lake Baldwin where Route 18 and the road that goes around the lake intersects. Seems like it would be the half way point of the ride for you guys. That's where I was thinking of a meeting spot.

I wish I could make it...going to Mexico that weekend.

I might be riding Malibu on Saturday if anyone is interested?

Re: Southern CA FZ6-Forum members meet up

So if you made a minor reroute and go around Balwin Lake and we meet at Doble Ca, that would give me about 65 miles to ride with you guy going to Cajon Junction, where the ride ends. Your group ride is only 113 miles under the current routing to begin with. How bout extending the route to go up and around Lake Arrowhead to add a few more miles? Our last group ride was over 200 miles.

Here's what I propose, I meet you guys at Doble Ca ( marker C ) with lunch at Big Bear. For some reason, I'm still only coming up with 65 miles of riding time with you guys. But I wouldn't mind taking a lap around Big Bear Lake before lunch break, as I along with probably a lot of members have never been up there. It will be about a 550 mile ride this time around for me from Vegas. Not no 793 miler like last time.
