I hadn't noticed the side pods, but that really enhances the look. Mine are black with blue stickers, so go figure......My wife won't ride on the back, so the cowl I think will look sharp. In additon to the cowl, hugger, radiator accents, I also gave him the stainless plate around the shift/rear brake guard. I'm not sure how that's gonna look. I've been thinking of blacking out that whole area.
I also wrapped all my bolts in silicone tubing....I'll have to tpost pics once I get the belly pan, painted parts. I ordered a puig windscreen(smoked) because the windblast witht he stock I'm getting is bad....give that a try. Cool swapping ideas with ya...

Thanks for the thumbs up. I never ride 2up so thats why i did the seat cowl and surprising to me it enhances the look, along with side pods(i took the black sticker off) and painted it red along with the hugger. One thing cosmetically i do say looks great is the lower cowl (that covers the exhaust. I did it cause i hated to keep cleaning the headers over and over.

    Hey man,
I noticed your pic has the rear tire hugger & chain guard painted, along with the seay cowl. This freakin weird but I am in CA, got an 07 BLUE FZ6 and was just thinking of doing the same paint thing?!?! I read your bio, I also moved from NY to FL, and play hockey. No Army, but my bro's in the Air Force, LOL!. Anyway, pretty weird....I will post pics once I get it done. I was undecided on getting the seat cowl, but I liek the way it looks. I'm also interested in a full lower fairing, but we'll see......Later man. Ranger Fan? GO RANGERS!!!!
