Blue, I have been thinking of this, and depending on the RPM that you are running when you tried to "Blip" the bike may have "choked out" due to no maps being loaded, the PCIII could be making it so the bike dosen't know when to breath and when not, so a quick throttle response could give it gas but no air and therefor stall out. I would load a generic map off the PCIII website and see if that helps. Also it might be good to disconnect the battery for 15 mins to reset the stock programming on the ECU and let them both "learn" how the bike runs together.

Got a question for you: I did the TB slip on exhaust upgrade 1-2 months ago, K&N air filter upgrade this weekend with PCIII install (zero maps) for now. So I riding on route 1&9 today on the left hand most lane, I started to slow down because of the red light anticipating for it to turn red. I "blip" the throttle as I gear down from 5th to 4th gear and again from 4th to 3rd.....but the bike did not "blip"?? Attempted it twice (speed what 35+ to 40+mph) I realized that the bike stalled, squeezed the clutch and geared down all the way to 1st and started the bike with clutch in, bike restarted and I immediately geared up to 3rd as the light turn green and proceeded on my merry way.
I thought fuel injected vehicles (bikes or cars) doesn't get flooded with the extra gas, especially since I was "blipping" the throttle. I thinks the mods are partly resposible, never had this problem before. Could you enlighten me with this issue, if you can. Thanks.
